GU:UM - Popular Korean Steakhouse on Keong Saik Celebrates Its Second Birthday with a new Hanwoo Sharing Set Menu

 

Took me long enough to visit GU:UM but better late than never, hey? 


GU:UM, the popular sister restaurant of NAE:UM, is one of the few steakhouses in Singapore to offer the premium Jeju Hanwoo lower loin(grade 1+ to 1++ - equivalent to MBS6-7). GU:UM recently celebrated its second birthday with a new “Hanwoo & Namul” sharing set menu ($168++/ per pax).

Guud Fills - First & Only Halal Salmon Shoyuzuke and Cold Truffle Somen with Hokkaido Scallop in Singapore!



Guud Fills whips up the first and only HALAL Salmon Shoyuzuke, and Cold Truffle Somen with Fresh Hokkaido Scallop in Singapore. Their food is prepared in their sister company (2 IC Catering Pte Ltd) which is halal-certified. They deliver islandwide on weekends (lunch : 1130am - 130pm, dinner : 430pm - 6330pm)

Highlights : 

Salmon Sashimi Shoyuzuke : Fresh Norwegian sashimi marinated in a blend of soy sauce, chilli and chilli. Each jar weighs 180g-200g. 

Cold Truffle Somen with Fresh Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi : Expect perfectly al dente somen coated in a layer of truffle oil, generous slices of fresh scallop sashimi, ebiko and a house marinade. 

Cold Truffle Somen with Fresh Norwegian Salmon Sashimi 

Unagi & Tamago Sushi Bake : available in 2 sizes. Regular is great for 1 - 2 pax and Large is perfect for 3 - 4 pax
