How does digging into four different variations of the Norwegian salmon
sound? Think baked salmon with herbs, grilled salmon topped with Asian
Sambal Chilli, a beautifully sea-salt crusted salmon and a Salmon
Wellington wrapped up in a puff pastry.

Over at the Crustacean Corner Live Station, diners can expect to be spoilt for choice with a selection of bamboo clams, green mussels, fresh prawns, mud crabs and more. What makes this live station really interesting is that diners can choose from a variety of sauces such as XO sauce or spicy coriander sauce to go with their selected seafood and the chef will proceed to whip up a storm for you!

One of the items that you can't leave without trying is the prata! I had the durian prata which was prepared a la minute and it was fantastic! Love the intense durian puree especially!
The chocolate prata is an extremely popular choice too, but you have to try the durian one!
The Treasures of The Sea buffet is certainly value-for-money and one that seafood lovers cannot miss!
