I've recently set up Twice Young (@wearetwiceyoung), an online delivery business churning out fresh premium handcrafted ice cream, cookies, and cookie pie for humans, and a range of ice cream for DOGS! Everything is handcrafted with only the freshest and finest ingredients. As you know, I’m very particular about my food and ingredients so you can be sure that the quality is definitely top notch! There’s no additives or preservatives in any of the products.

Tiffin Room at Raffles Hotel Singapore is rounding off a series of successful collaborations with an enchanting showcase of specially-curated off-menu dishes and well-crafted cocktails from The Elephant Room (4 courses + 4 cocktails for only $118/guest). We definitely are no stranger to wine pairings but Indian cuisine paired with Indian-influenced cocktails? That might just be a first!

When BBR by Alain Ducasse first opened its doors at Raffles Hotel Singapore back in 2019, I was beyond excited. After trying the food and drinks for the very first time there, I was obsessed. I couldn't even get a reservation after the opening night. Unfortunately, shortly after their grand opening, covid hit and the spacious and beautiful restaurant had to close. It's been more than a year since and the restaurant has recently reopened as OSTERIA BBR by Alain Ducasse, focusing on ingredients sourced from the Italian Riviera.
