Dog owners are constantly looking for dog-friendly cafes and restaurants to take their precious furkids because we just want to bring our babies with us everywhere we go (myself included)!! So I've decided to compile the ultimate guide to dog-friendly/pet-friendly cafes and restaurants in Singapore! I believe this is the only guide you need so do bookmark it and check back often as it will be updated constantly. I can't keep track of all the changes that take place so while I strive to keep this list as accurate as possible, I'll advise you to make a reservation where possible, and give the newer eateries a call to double check! Kitchen Hands - Best Meal Kit in Singapore (Tasty Food, Super Affordable, Free Delivery, No Prep, No Wastage)
I have been obsessed with Kitchen Hands ever since I first tried it
in January. I've been a regular since, ordering the meal kits
almost every week. For my first ever delivery from Kitchen Hands, I had
the Thai Basil Pork Rice with Thai Fish Cakes, Grilled Beef Burrito,
Spaghettini Alle Vongole, and Butter Chicken. AND, I WAS SOLD, right from the very first kit I tried.
I seriously love Kitchen Hands' meal kits — they are fuss-free, straightforward, easy, convenient, and EXTREMELY affordable.

Kakiin Oyster Bar is a cozy Japanese izakaya in Orchard Plaza which accommodates 8-10 people in each seating. We made a reservation online for the 615pm seating but realised that it was already half full when we got there punctually. I later realised that the seatings run from 530pm - 8pm, and from 815pm - 1030pm. As everyone is seated at the counter, we could all watch the Japanese chef, and his 2 assistants, hard at work while navigating skillfully around the tiny kitchen. Even though the space is small, it did not reek of oil, or left us smelling like a walking bbq or fryer after we were done with the meal.

My omakase experiences have gotten, progressively, more expensive. While I was deliberating on where I should bring my best friend for a celebratory omakase meal, I consulted Rubbish Eat Rubbish Grow on his thoughts on the biggest names in the Japanese cuisine scene in Singapore. Here were my options : Shinji, Shoukouwa, Hashida, Tatsuya, Jiro. Nat very patiently went through every option with me, and it was a no-brainer. Hashida, it was. I made a reservation online for lunch on a weekday and made my way to Mandarin Gallery with a racing heart.
Hashida Sushi was first opened in Tokyo, in 1966, by Master Sushi Chef Tokio Hashida. His son, Kenjiro Hashida, is at the helm of Hashida Sushi Singapore.

Chef Kang's Private Kitchen is one of the hardest-to-book Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore. The small one-Michelin-starred outfit along Mackenzie Road has just 5 tables, and they have a whole line of loyal fans who return regularly, so it's not easy to get a seat here. I made a reservation about 6 weeks in advance, and my foodie friends were surprised that I managed to score a table! Truth be told, so was I. I was coming here with my dad and brother and was told over the phone that a minimum of 5 pax is needed for them to give us one of the dining rooms, so we were allocated a table next to the counter. That was a little disappointing but I guess, we were coming for the food more than anything else, so I agreed to it.
