Where & What to Eat in Singapore (Tourist Edition)

I'm not well-versed in local cuisine at all but I came up with this list with the help of Hopefully, travellers and tourists will find it useful!
Where to go for Lunch(Local Cuisine) :

Location : Hong Lim Food Centre (explore Chinatown/Clarke Quay after)
Hokkien mee
Char kway teow
Curry rice
Wan ton mee
Bak Kut teh
Kway chap
Lor mee 

Drinks to try :
Iced Milo
Teh Peng
Kopi Peng
Soya bean drink with grass jelly
Location : Maxwell market (explore Ann Siang, Keong Saik, Chinatown after)
Ah Tai Chicken Rice

Location : Jalan Besar & Lavender (explore Haji Lane/Kampong Glam/Little India after)
Heap Seng Leong : Kaya toast and soft boiled eggs, butter coffee
Tai hwa hill street noodles (cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world) : Bar chor mee
Coconut club : fancy nasi lemak

Location : Joo Chiat / Katong
328 Katong Laksa : laksa
Mr & Mrs Mohgan Super Crispy Prata : roti prata

Mellben Seafood : Try the crab bee hoon, chilli crab, salted egg yolk squid, pork ribs
Sum Kee : curry fish head, salted egg yolk chicken, pumpkin tofu, and hei zhou
Long Ji : Crab bee hoon, cockles, marmite pork ribs

Best Restaurants in Singapore :

Casual Japanese dining (Singapore's standard of sushi/Japanese food is probably the best outside of Japan)
The Sushi Bar at Ngee Ann city : try the Kaisendon, chawanmushi, scallop mentaiyaki 
Fat Cow : Beef Donburi 
Kakiin Oyster Bar : garlic fried rice, karaage
