7 Inch Square Pizza has been around for a few years now and they've always been focused on their signature pizzas, which comes in a 7 inch by 7 inch square. They have recently ventured into their very own brick and mortar shop that specialises in pizzas, pastas and salads. Conveniently located on Anson Road, their menu caters to the working crowd and allows diners to customise their own meals.

photo AIX rose lunch Osia RWS 8.jpg
Chef Douglas Tay of Osia came up with a menu to complement the delicate AIX 2015 Vintage Rosé. I have to say that he did an unbelievably great job in showcasing the brilliance of the exquisite wine with the myriad of flavours incorporated into the specially tailored menu.

I don't usually go back to the same dining establishment unless its for coffee or for a particular dessert that I really like (even then, it's really rare) but this is my fifth time at Salt Tapas & Bar. I'm always excited to be back here because I know I'll still be impressed, like I have been my past four visits.

(CLOSED)Aryaa @ Beach Road

 photo aryaa greek 6.jpg
My first encounter with Greek food was a memorable one. I had no idea what to expect. I know they use alot of herbs and cheeses in their cuisine but that's about all there is to my knowledge of this unique cuisine. I popped by Aryaa on Beach Road for lunch and was shown an extensive menu inspired by the culinary adventures of Alexander the Great who travelled across the Mediterranean to India.
