Lola's Cafe

 photo P2072379.jpg
Made it for brunch this time round at Lola's! Their brunch menu ends at 3pm and we barely made it by reaching there at 250 haha. A friday afternoon it was and the cafe was incredibly packed. We scored the last available table for a group of three outdoors and as much as it was scorching hot and I think I was sunburned in the process of dining there, we sure had an enjoyable meal!

Organic Chai Tea Latte - $5
Char let me try her chai latte and it was my very first time trying this spice-laced drink and to my surprise, I actually liked it!

Iced Latte - $5.50
I remember having this the previous time and not liking it and I don't know why I ordered it again... The coffee was very thin and extremely sour.

Honey Paprika Crispy Wings - $10
I've been dreaming of their honey paprika wings ever since my first visit. Under my smooth persuasion, we decided to have the wings hahaha but because we took super long to capture photographs of all the dishes, the wings weren't that crispy anymore but they were still yummy!

Avocado Eggs Benedict - $15
I like the presentation of their eggs ben and how the boring look of the hollandaise was beautified with sprinkles of paprika! Pretty perfect poached eggs that's nothing short of satisfying

Mushroom Melt - $10
The winning combination of fragrant mushrooms and cheese on a soft and fluffy thick toast had us wiping the plate clean!

We skipped dessert because we were heading to HATTER STREET but I'd love to go back and try their new selection of desserts!
