Chef Brito who has 36 years of experience in Brazilian churrasco is at the helm of the restaurant, which employs the Rodizio style of service where meats are served to diners in rotation. The meats are slow-roasted over charcoal fire to retain their rich flavours. The chicken and beef used are directly imported from Brazil. Diners get to savour unlimited portions of the beef hump, which is only found in Brazilian cattle, and the valuable beef rump cap. Other selection of meats include pork belly, pork rib, lamb leg, chicken thigh, chicken heart, beef rib, grilled pineapple and more! You'll definitely go for seconds when it comes to the grilled pineapple!
Freshly prepared in-house everyday, a buffet of salads, rice and pastas are available to go along with the meats
For the festive season, there will be additional items on the menu such as Prawns Wrapped in Bacon, Brazilian-style Turkey Salad and Christmas Fruit Salad.
