Cream of Spring Bay Mussel with Fennel
Roasted Rack of Lamb with Apricot and Thyme Jus
I thought that the soup was flavourful but a tad too salty. The rack of lamb took me by surprise. I don't take lamb but decided to give it a shot because I couldn't really catch a whiff of that characteristic scent of lamb. The lamb was tender and not gamey at all and I really enjoyed it, especially with the sweet apricot

Undeniably, hands-down, the best beef wellington that I've ever had. Apart from that buttery pastry that is definitely worth a mention, the beautifully pink beef was tender and beyond wonderful. The mushroom duxelle complemented the entire combination so well, this dish was just magical. In addition, the signature Merlion cocktail that was concocted in conjunction with SG50 is crazy addictive. I downed my glass in less than a minute. I can safely say that its the yummiest cocktail that I've had!

Hot Stones photo PB180620.jpg
Diners get to cook Australian tenderloin, Tiger prawns and salmon on a volcanic Serpentinite hot stone. The tenderloin was really tender and delicious even though its not seasoned. Scatter a little sea salt flakes on the tenderloin while its on the hot stone if you like. All in all, it was a fun dining experience with a scenic view.

Sticky Date Pudding
Honestly, I didn't think that desserts here would be impressive as Harry's isn't known for it. I have to say that I was surprised by that warm and soft pudding and toffee sauce. Definitely way better than I expected.
