Christmas 2015 @ Crowne Plaza Changi Airport
Christmas celebrations are never complete without a feast. This year, Chef Boey Min Hwa has come up with highlights that would shine on your dinner table. If you're hosting a Christmas party, or thinking of something to bring to one, you really shouldn't miss the dishes available for takeaway at the Lobby Lounge. If you're more interested in a large sumptuous spread without the hassle of preparing and cleaning up, Azur might just be the place for you.
Yuletide Takeaways at Lobby Lounge (1st December - 26th December)
Roasted Texas BBQ Beef Short Rib ($120++/kg)
Meticulously sous vide for 24 hours before being roasted in the oven, the beef is fork tender, and wonderfully delicious with that smokey barbecue sauce. A whiff of this will have you drooling and a taste of it will have you going for seconds.
Roasted Turkey with Turmeric Coriander Spices - $135/5kg
I usually stay off turkeys because they tend to be dry and tough. However, this turkey here totally proved me wrong and changed my perception. It was unbelievably tender and moist which is such a rarity that I was completely blown away. It comes with a mildly spicy coconut cream sauce which complemented the slow-cooked turkey tremendously well. You're looking at a definite party-pleaser here!
If you're popping by for a turkey, why not grab a log cake to end the celebrations on a sweet note? Choose between an Ispahan-inspired log cake or a Manjuri Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline log cake or just get both! I prefer the Manjuri Chocolate one!

Festive Buffet at Azur (1st - 30th December)
Diners can expect an international buffet spread with Asian and western dishes studded with Christmas-y ingredients such as eggnog. Special table arrangements can be made for large groups. Just give them a ring!
