The Kurobuta Tonkotsu Ramen is the first exclusive ramen dish to be created by the world's first Michelin-starred ramen chef. And guess what? It's now available at all three Chabuton outlets in Singapore until 31st March!

Gyoza
These gyozas had a really thin skin as compared to the ones I've eaten but I like it better this way! Pair them with the two different sauces available for a great start to your meal!

The broth is rich and creamy, smooth and tasty! It has two layers, a chicken collagen soup that sits atop the tonkotsu soup. We were told not to stir the soup first and to experience the taste of the two different layers individually before embarking on the noodles. The ramen comes with Kurobuta Pork, which we all know is the most highly prized pork in Japan. The meat was so tender and sweet that after one bite, I kept the rest of it all the way till I'm done with my ramen so as to end my meal on the best note possible! The ramen is highly nutritious due to the presence of collagen which is really good for the skin! The ramen also comes with bamboo shoot, Japanese leek and a soft-boiled egg, which unfortunately in my case, was slightly overcooked. I didn't experience the overpowering taste of ginger that others were talking about so I don't know? Perhaps it was a different batch? I mean, mine came significantly later than my friend's and he did mention about the strong ginger taste. And I'm actually really sensitive to ginger but I didn't detect that much of it in my bowl so.. But anyway, this is definitely one of the better ramen that I've had in Singapore so do give it a shot before it's gone!
