Belvoir Fruit Farms Launches New Pressés @ Rabbit Carrot Gun

Originating from United Kingdom, Belvoir Fruit farms have been producing their own drinks since 1980s. Their signature ingredient is the elderflower which is very well-loved as seen in the popularity of their Elderflower pressé.

Four flavours have been launched and these flavours are exclusively available in selected restaurants and cafes. The flavours are
1) Elderflower & Rose
2) Summer Fruits
3) Mango & Peach
4) Raspberry Lemonade

The Elderflower & Rose Pressé is a blend of hand-picked elderflowers with a sweet rose scent. I enjoyed it very much! It was refreshing and light and it is a drink that you can enjoy anytime, anyday. Imagine quenching your thirst with a cold bottle of this! I promise you won't be disappointed

Other than pressés, Belvoir also has yummy cordials which can be incorporated into desserts and cocktails and even savory food! Rabbit Carrot Gun has gotten creative and has come up with an impressive menu featuring dishes, cocktails and mocktails made with the cordials. These Belvoir Raspberry & Rose Bellini were delicious!

Of the five flavours (Organic Elderflower, Blackcurrant & Cox Apple, Raspberry & Rose, Lime & Lemongrass, Organic Ginger) available, I felt that the Organic Ginger cordial is the easiest one to work with for savoury items. These cordials come in 50cl bottles and you can get them at $9.90 or $11.90 at leading supermarkets and www.healthygourmet.sg

The possibilities with Belvoir cordials are infinite so do grab one or more bottles and experiment with them! I think you'll be surprised at how well they work and how tasty they are. Stock up your fridge with the pressés too! I used to carry the Belvoir Pressés at Mean Bean & Wicked Grind and they always receive really good reviews. The Cox Apple, Elderflower and Pomegranate & Raspberry bottles always fly off the shelves! If you're unsure of the cordials, you can pop by Rabbit Carrot Gun and have a taste of the dishes created with Belvoir cordials to get an idea
