Ariel, the owner and chef of Signature Stone Restaurant loves cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. Her idea of a hotstone restaurant stemmed from her family's love for claypot rice. Ariel has noticed that the bottom of the rice cluster in claypots is usually charred. She then discovered that bibimbap which is served in a hot stone pot does not have that problem. Hence, Ariel decided to set up her own hot stone restaurant that boasts both traditional and western fusion delights
