This Chinese New Year, Pan Pacific Singapore is bringing you traditional Cantonese delicacies at Hai Tien Lo, a delightful buffet spread at Edge and a Japanese-inspired Wafu Yu Sheng at Keyaki. Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping of Hai Tien Lo has tailored eight reunion set menus, including a vegetarian menu, so you can be sure that there's something for every family, or company! Featured here is the Steamed Farm Chicken with the lauded housemade minced ginger sauce. A touch of opulence in the sprinkling of gold leaves completes the dish.

Osteria Mozza by celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Nancy Silverton and Joseph Bastianich have long been renowned for exquisite Italian fine-dining. The restaurant used to only operate during dinner hours but due to overwhelming requests, they have decided to take on weekend lunch which runs from 12pm - 330pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The lunch options are largely wallet-friendly and they even have a three-course set lunch ($48) comprising a starter, pasta and dessert which is really affordable and well worth every penny.

The Battle of the Crabs buffet at Spice Brasserie has been incredibly popular and its third edition has recently concluded with a bang. After a trip to both their sister Parkroyal properties that are brandishing an attractive crab buffet and lobster buffet respectively, I actually wondered if anyone would actually merge both ideas together. Executive Chef Low has done just that by creating the ultimate crustacean feast by putting both the well-loved crabs and crowd-pleasing lobsters on the table.
